Thank you for considering the Field House for your special event. This paper outlines our full service policies for the use of our banquet facilities for Wedding Packages.

Food

Your menu and dining style can be customized to fit your special occasion. Available to you are buffet style meals, sit down meals, or a combination of both. Special requests can be arranged with proper notice. Please refer to our banquet menu for food choices. A waitress will serve the bridal table and two additional family tables.

Our wedding package does not include the wedding cake. We permit outside cakes to be brought in for wedding receptions. Our servers will cut, serve, and wrap your wedding cake. Our service staff will also arrange your cookies and pastries on trays and package leftover food using our containers at no additional charge.

China dinner settings and water glasses will be used for all your guests.

Seating Capacity

Utilizing the entire dining room, we can accommodate up to 225 guests. With a dance floor, our maximum seating capacity is 175. There is a 90 person guest minimum for Saturday evening receptions. Room setup, clean up, table linens, and your choice of colored linen napkins are included at no additional charge. A complete floor plan can be provided if you plan on having assigned seating.

Bar

We provide for your reception 4 hours of open bar and a dedicated bartender. Guests must be 21 years of age to consume alcohol. The open bar consists of domestic bottled beer, well brand liquors, and house wines.

Hours

Room should be vacated by 11:00 PM unless other arrangements are made, on Weekdays by 10:00 PM.

Entertainment

When renting the entire room, DJ’s, live bands and/or karaoke are all permitted. All entertainers should be properly insured. We reserve the right to control volume levels.

Payment

A $500 non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required upon the reservation of a date. Final payment is due one week prior to your event by cash or money order. Your deposit will be returned the week following the event barring any damage to Field House property.
